If so, the RMI Worship Cohort will be your exclusive gateway. The Worship Cohort is a manifestation of the vision and legacy of Bishop Joseph Garlington, facilitated through the network of Reconciliation! Ministries International.

The Cohort will help answer questions like:
•    What is worship?
•    Why do we lift our hands, clap, shout, dance, bow, etc.?
•    Why do we contend for a multicultural sound?
•    What is prophetic worship (the song of the Lord)?
•    How do we effectively build weekly set lists and flow prophetically?
•    How do we serve the local church and also lead them to a deeper place?

If you've been praying for a fresh approach to bringing worship to the next level in your life and your church, the Worship Cohort is the answer. You can enroll as an individual or your entire church worship team can join.

Individual Membership

This includes membership for one person from your church to be a part of:

Team Membership

This includes up to 10 MEMBERS of your worship department to have all the benefits of the individual membership:

Access to additional mentorships, small groups, and other opportunities throughout the year

Worship Leader Mentorships

As a member, you will have the opportunity to add on a Worship Leader Mentorship where you can glean directly from seasoned worship leaders.

Small Groups

As a member, you will have the opportunity to add on a Small Group where you and others that are part of the Worship Cohort join together in a smaller group via ZOOM each month to dive deeper, challenge and support each other.

Music Director Mentorships

As a member, you will have the opportunity to add on a Music Director Mentorship where you can glean directly from seasoned music directors to help guide you through the process of growing, communicating, and spiritually challenging a worship band.

As a member, you will have more opportunities throughout the year to grow, learn and be challenged in your calling.
